We're sorry to hear you're experiencing login/password issues after resetting your password. In some cases, users experience these issues because they are entering an incorrect password as a result of one (or both) of the reasons below:
- Incorrect password due to CAPS lock on keyboard or simply typing the incorrect password.
- Incorrect password as a result of a password manager (i.e. LastPass, Bitwarden, Google Chrome password manager) automatically entering previous password.
In some cases, an incorrect password can be detected by counting the total characters of your new password and comparing it to the number of characters actually inputted into the password field.
If you're still unable to login, then please create a support ticket with the error message and/or screenshot of the error you're receiving from our login portal. We will review the error, reset your password, and provide you with a temporary password (if necessary).
