MyVault Transition to ElephantDrive

The backup service MyVault, powered by ElephantDrive, is now available as a fully branded ElephantDrive experience.

ElephantDrive and MyVault originally formed a partnership to offer additional cloud backup services to MyVault customers. All MyVault software and storage management was provided by ElephantDrive as a simple and tightly coupled backup and storage solution. As our partnership progressed, it's become clear that MyVault users will be best served directly by ElephantDrive.

If you are currently a MyVault subscriber, your account will be automatically migrated and you can follow the instructions outlined in Key Steps to Transition from MyVault to ElephantDrive.

MyVault and ElephantDrive are supported by parallel software and infrastructure, but in order to complete the transition to ElephantDrive, all users will need to first download the latest version of the ElephantDrive desktop client to replace the MyVault desktop client.
