Resetting your password as part of the transition from Mirror It to ElephantDrive

If you are a Mirror It subscriber (or in a trial period), your account will be automatically migrated and you will be asked to create a new password when you upgrade to Version 8 of the firmware for My Cloud Home or ibi devices.

To do so, you can follow these easy steps after you upgrade to Version 8 firmware:

1. Go to the Password Update page
2. Input your account email
3. Go to your email inbox and click on the link provided in the email (if you can't find the email, be sure to check your spam folder and search for ElephantDrive + password terms)
4. You will be redirected to a page where you will asked to enter your new password
5. If you use a password manager, make sure to update your password entry there
