Install or Update App Manually

You can download one of the packages available below to manually install the latest version of ElephantDrive by using the "Install an app manually" option in the Apps tab. (If your model number is unavailable, then OS5 firmware might not apply to your device. You can try installing ElephantDrive for OS3, see this article, or you can contact us for more information. If you have any questions, then please create a support ticket.)

• MyCloud Mirror Gen 2

Perform each action in the order they are listed below:

1. Download the package available for your device model from the list above, save it locally. Do not open the downloaded package.
2. Connect to your device, navigate into the Apps section, then select the "Install an app manually" option as seen in the screenshot below. When prompted, select the update package you downloaded and install it onto your device.
3. Navigate back to the app, click the configure button, and login.
