We have identified a few common issues that may be result in your credit card not being accepted and some guidance for resolving these issues.
- Incorrect postal/zip code: If the postal/zip code associated with your card has any spaces or dashes in it, we recommend you enter the entire postal/zip code without the spaces and dashes. European postal codes often have such formats.
- Incorrect CVV code: For most cards, including VISA, Master Card, Discover, etc., the cvv code is the three-digit code on the back of the card. For American Express cards, cvv is a four-digit code printed on the front of the card.
- Your card may not be enabled to be processed outside of your home country or online at all. In either case, you will need to call your financial institution to have them either enable the card to be charged with online merchants or particularly by ElephantDrive.
