At the moment, we only accept data submitted through our software. We have had numerous requests to accept data via a physical submission, such as an external drive, and we are currently working on a procedure to enable this option. The design and deployment of this procedure is complicated by our efforts to continue providing the highest levels of security, privacy, and compliance for our end users, and we will update this topic once the physical submission option is available.
If you have very large amount of data (1TB or more) please get in touch with our support team at support@elephantdrive.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
