- Access your Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Correct errors related to your PII.
- Delete personal data.
- Export PII.
- Refuse data processing (cancel).
Here is how we implement and guarantee that our users enjoy these rights:
- Access your PII
- At all times, users can access their account https://vault.elephantdrive.com/account/management/dashboard.aspx and review their recorded PII (Name, email, payment information)
- Correct errors
- At all times, users can access their account https://vault.elephantdrive.com/account/management/dashboard.aspx and modify their recorded PII (Name, email, payment information)
- Delete PII
- At all times, users can cancel their accounts https://vault.elephantdrive.com/account/management/cancellation.aspx. Their data will be queued for deletion within the next couple of days.
- Export PII
- Upon request at dar@elephantdrive.com, we can provide copies of the PII stored. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee in cases of repetitive requests, manifestly unfounded or excessive requests or further copies.
- Refuse data processing (cancel)
- Users can object and refuse PII processing. However, since we only process PII to provide our services, it will be necessary to cancel their accounts https://vault.elephantdrive.com/account/management/cancellation.aspx. Their data will be queued for deletion within the next couple of days.
