This guide provides a straightforward process for checking backup activity in the ElephantDrive user web portal.
1. Navigate to https://www.elephantdrive.com/ and click "Login"
2. Login to your account.
3. Click "Reports"
4. Click "Current Backups"
5. Select your device from the drop down menu.
6. Check "Time elapsed since last update" and if it reads "Now" then this means your device is connected to the ElephantDrive app.
7. Check "Transferred" and "Remaining" columns for backup activity. It might take more than 30 seconds for the report to refresh.
