We do not recommend backing up database files or similar files such as Outlook files that are in-use by applications because there is no way for NAS/Linux devices to execute Shadow Copy which is only available on machines running Windows.

What we recommend is to create a backup on device, for example, a Database Backup Job which will generate a separate file which you can then back up to the cloud.
