What features and functions are available to help manage my clients?

All resellers will have access to our Partner Portal via https://partners.vaultservices.net/.

• The Vault Services Partner Portal enables you to add and manage your end-user accounts. You can also access helpful reports, configure backups, and diagnose issues within the portal.

If necessary, please contact your reseller manager to schedule an overview and demo of our Partner Portal.

If you have not yet applied to our reseller program, please do so by visiting https://elephantdrive.com/resellers/. You will be contacted by our reseller manager after applying to our program.

Resellers with Partner Portal login credentials can also access any one of our User Web Portals:

• ElephantDrive
• ReadyNAS Vault
• Vault Services

The User Web Portal is for the end-user (clients/customers) and can be used by resellers to quickly test the client experience and/or to access a client's account from the perspective of an end-user (and not an administrator via the Partner Portal).
