Before submitting a support request, please navigate into Settings inside our mobile app and tap the section "Submit logs." Your logs will be sent to us in the background. You can then proceed and tap "Support" and you will be brought to a new page where you can tap and open the menu at the top to submit a request (i.e. the stack of three horizontal lines next to "sign in").
