Some users have reported the following errors when trying to reset password:
- Password reset link expired.
- Blank page after resetting password.
- Unable to reset password (generic error).
In many cases, simply using another browser might resolve these login issues. For example, if you are using Edge browser, then switching to Chrome browser might resolve the issue. (For your security, please make sure you are using the latest updated version of your preferred browser.)
In some cases, the error can be related to "too many login attempts." For this issue, waiting at least 20 minutes before attempting to reset password again should resolve the issue.
