Blank Login Page After Launching ElephantDrive

Apache HTTP server is necessary for some users to be able to log into ElephantDrive on Synology devices. Please perform the following actions if you encounter a blank login page after launching ElephantDrive on your Synology. 

  1. Install and download Apache HTTP Server from the Package Center.
  2. Go to Applications > Web Station and make sure "Apache HTTP Server 2.2" (or greater) and "PHP 5.6" (or greater) are selected, and personal website is disabled.
  3. Make sure Web Station's default server status is "Normal".
  4. Try launching ElephantDrive again after following these steps. If the problem persists, please contact us at "support@elephantdrive.com".
