- Login to our web portal, https://vault.elephantdrive.com/account/v2/login.aspx.
- Navigate into the Files tab.
- Navigate to the file or folder you want to delete.
- Right-click the file/folder, select delete. You can also select the file/folder using the checkbox, then click the trashcan icon in the row of functions near the top of the page.
Note: When you delete data, it is moved to your trash folder located in the Files tab. Your account usage will not be impacted by the deletion until you empty your trash. Right-click the trash folder located in the Files section and select the option to empty trash.
