Changing your registered email address will disconnect your devices from your account until you log back into the ElephantDrive app using your new login credentials.
You can change your registered email address in our user web portal.
1. Login to our user web portal, http://vault.elephantdrive.com/account/login.aspx.
2. Navigate into the My Account tab.
3. Navigate into the Account Profile section to change your email address.
If applicable, you can navigate into the Payment Methods section to change your billing email address. (Might not be available to some users. You can contact us if you want us to check what is your billing email address and/or change it for you.)
