If you are unable to log-in to your account using Internet Explorer, you may need to 1) enable compatibility view and 2) enable script. These settings often need to be changed on a Windows Server IE or if you have chosen one of the more restrictive security settings for your IE.
To enable compatibility view
- Click on the Compatibility View button
To enable script:
- Click on Tools
- F12 Developer Tools
- Under Disable, make sure that the Script option in the menu is unchecked
