Unable to login using IE.

If you are unable to log-in to your account using Internet Explorer, you may need to 1) enable compatibility view and 2) enable script. These settings often need to be changed on a Windows Server IE or if you have chosen one of the more restrictive security settings for your IE.

To enable compatibility view

  1. Click on the Compatibility View button


To enable script:

  1. Click on Tools  
  2. F12 Developer Tools
  3. Under Disable, make sure that the Script option in the menu is unchecked
