My usage report is showing that there is has been no data uploaded to my account. What's going on?

If you backed up your data or uploaded files for the first time within the last 24 hours and you attempt to view your Account Usage Report from the ElephantDrive website, you may receive the following error message:

"Our data tabulation reporting indicates that there has not yet been any data uploaded to your account."

Please note that it is likely that data has been uploaded to your account, but your data has not yet been tabulated by our automated reporting mechanism and therefore is not yet reflected in your Account Usage Report. You can expect, however, that your backup activity will be reflected in your Account Usage Report within 24 hours (and likely sooner) of your initial backup activity.
