What type of information does ElephantDrive need when I submit a request?

When you submit a support request to ElephantDrive either by email at support@elephantdrive.com or by clicking on the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the page, please include the following relevant details, at minumum.    The more information we have from you, the better we can assist you. 

  • What piece of ElephantDrive software are you using - ElephantDrive Desktop, or ElephantDrive Web?
  • Which Operating System are you running?
  • If you are running the Web version, which browser?
  • What are you trying to do?
  • What error message (s)  are you seeing, or what indication do you have of the problem?

        The email will automatically create a ticket in our system and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
